Do I need to use QuickBooks Online?
Yes. Manage My Books works exclusively with QuickBooks Online.
You’ll need an active QuickBooks Online subscription. If you don’t have one yet, don’t worry. As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, we may be able to offer you a discounted subscription rate.
Your QuickBooks Online subscription is separate from your monthly bookkeeping service fee.

How much does monthly bookkeeping cost?
Monthly bookkeeping services start at $425 per month, with pricing depending on the services and level of support your business requires.

How do I get started?
If you’re new to QuickBooks Online, or already have an account but aren’t sure whether it’s set up correctly, a Bookkeeping Set-Up Session is a great place to start.
These sessions are typically 1–2 hours and include initial QuickBooks Online setup and training to help make sure you have the right foundation in place.

Do you offer QuickBooks Online training?
Yes! Manage My Books offers personalized 1:1 QuickBooks Online training to help business owners get set up, learn the basics, understand their bookkeeping workflows and confidently manage their own books.
Whether you’re completely new to QuickBooks or simply need help with specific tasks, training can be tailored to your experience and business needs.

Do you offer payroll services?
Payroll can be managed through QuickBooks Online or Wagepoint.
If you prefer to use another payroll or accounts payable provider, we recommend choosing software that integrates with QuickBooks Online so your bookkeeping system can work together as smoothly as possible.

Do you provide tax services?
Manage My Books does not provide corporate tax preparation services. However, we work closely with your tax accountant and can answer any questions they may have about your bookkeeping and financial records.
If you don’t currently have a tax accountant, we can refer you to a trusted local accountant who provides both personal and business tax services.

What happens if my bookkeeping needs change?
Businesses change, and your bookkeeping needs may change with them.
If the amount or type of bookkeeping support you require increases or decreases, we will reach out to discuss your needs and any recommended changes to your service.
You’ll receive 30 days’ notice before any pricing changes are implemented, giving you time to review and accept the changes or make arrangements to have your books prepared for transfer.
