The key is to ensure you are doing it correctly and efficiently. We are here to guide you to feeling confident using the QuickBooks software, and support you with your bookkeeping practices.

Bookkeeping Set-Up - $250

We help you set up your QuickBooks account and provide you with an introduction to the software and an overview on how to use it. 

Ongoing Training & Support

As you continue to do your own bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, you may find you need ongoing assistance from an expert and Certified QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor.

Do I need to use QuickBooks?
  • Yes, we only work with QuickBooks Online
  • You will need to have a QuickBooks Online subscription. If you don’t have one, not to worry. As a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, I can offer you a discounted rate. 
  • The QuickBooks monthly subscription fee is a separate fee from your monthly bookkeeping service fee. 
  • Services start at $400/month.
  • The price will vary depending on the amount of transactions needing to be entered and any add-on services required.

  • Once you are quoted the Bookkeeping services, the price remains fixed per month.

  • If you don’t have a QuickBooks Online account, the first step will be to book a Bookkeeping Set-Up session.
  • Do you have a QuickBooks account, but not sure if it is the right package and you are not sure if it is set up correctly? Book a Bookkeeping Set-Up session.
  • Sessions are 1-2 hours long and come with QuickBooks initial training and set up.

Payroll subscriptions can be purchased through QuickBooks as well.

Should a client prefer to use a payroll software provider or accounts payable provider outside of QuickBooks, a Provider is recommended that is compatible with QuickBooks Online.

  • I do not provide corporate tax services; however, I do have a great local tax accountant that I refer my clients too.
  • My tax accountant referral can do both personal and business Canadian and US taxes.
  • I work closely with your corporate tax accountant and answer any questions they may have regarding your bookkeeping.
  • Should your bookkeeping needs change, I will reach out to discuss your new business needs.
  • You will be provided 30 days’ notice before any price changes are implemented. This allows you to accept any price changes or have your books prepared to be returned to you.
  • Congratulations! You have now grown to needing a full time in-house bookkeeper!
  • We will work with you to train and transition our services to your new in-house employee.
